CentreHQ is operated by Elevate AI Technologies, Inc.. You can request deletion of personal data held in CentreHQ, including records associated with a connected WhatsApp account.
Contact the tuition centre that holds your records. That centre is the data controller and decides how to handle the request. CentreHQ provides the centre with export and erasure functions and assists it with verified requests. If you need help identifying the centre or contacting it, email support@elevaits.com.
Email support@elevaits.com with the subject “CentreHQ data deletion”. Include your centre name, account email, and what you want deleted. For a WhatsApp connection request, include the connected business number if known. Do not include passwords, access tokens or identity documents with the initial request. We will verify your identity and authority to make the request.
A centre administrator can open WhatsApp settings in CentreHQ and choose Disconnect. This stops CentreHQ using that connection. You can also manage the authorization in Meta’s business settings. Disconnecting does not delete your WhatsApp account, your records held by Meta, or the conversations already held in CentreHQ. To request removal of CentreHQ conversation or connection records, use the email procedure above.
We will respond within one month, or explain an extension permitted by law. For data controlled by a centre, we coordinate the request with that centre. We erase or anonymise records when the verified request can be fulfilled and explain any information that must be retained for a legal obligation, safeguarding requirement or legal claim. Access to retained records is restricted. Backup copies expire through the normal backup cycle. A request to CentreHQ does not erase copies held independently by Meta or other recipients; those organisations handle their own requests.
